The Sheltie Bichon, also known as Shelchon, is a cross between a Shetland Sheepdog and a Bichon Frise. Shelchons have a great combination of the sweet nature of the Shetland Sheepdog and the charming temperament of the small Bichon Frise. They are highly intelligent, good-tempered, and affectionate. A family-oriented dog, they are playful and love to bounce around with children both outdoors as well as inside. They are easy to train, do best with positive reinforcement, and are happiest when they are surrounded by those they love. The Shelchon is low to non-shedding, great for those with allergies. Each puppy is microchipped. They make a great pet for first-time dog owners and for those wanting a dog that lifts their spirits.
